Bad attitude and snotty comms

This happened a couple of weeks ago, I reached out to her asking for 15 mins, ive had this with her before and it is still advertised as an option on her profile page, she replied to say that she does a minimum of half hour now which is fine, I then asked for that. I also said to her, and i stress in a polite way that she might find it useful to remove the 15 minute option for her benefit and her clients to make booking comms easier , i left it there and what I received back to that was a tirade of abuse and insults. I replied that I was simply trying to be helpful and that I was dissapointed that her default reaction was to hurl abuse and get angry. she then continued to send a series of unreplied messages insulting me, my manhood, other clients, claiming she dosent need to do anything as she is hot and has a good reputation etc, so I basically told her I refused to get into an argument with her and said I was blocking her
not good really, best left there, make your minds up if this is normal behaviour from her
