Called her up and agreed a time.

Location : 10 minutes from fenchurch street station

Got to her hotel few minutes before agreed time and she didnt answer her phone. It took me a while to get there so I hanged around for over half hour sending few text messages and calls. She never answered or replied .

Wasted journey and wasted time . Only positive is I saved £250.

A thoroughly deserved negative on here and should be worth the same on AW. We all know that stuff happens, but at least have the courtesy of letting the other party know, so that they can rescue something.

Exactly and the funny thing is she has said almost exact same thing you just mentioned on her profile but apparently doesn't  apply to us.

Q. What should I do if I can't make a booking?   A. Things sometimes pop up which is fine, I totally understand, I would just really appreciate you letting me know as I will have turned other people down to reserve your slot, so the slot could be filled with your notice! Thank you xx
