Going to Antalya for a bit of dental work, quite partial to a Thai lady (slim between 20s mid 30s) I know it’s quite a religious place so just wondering if there’s anywhere offering full service, any tips gratefully appreciated 
By Antalya, do you mean Antalya city? as Antalya is quite a vast area
In general i think it is highly unlikely that you will get a genuine Thai in her 20s to 30s let alone deliver FS
You may be able to get some sort of parlour or outcall escort for FS but i cannot see you getting a 20s to 30s Thai
There are quite a few Thai places, massage shops around but not all have Thai girls working in there, many will have male therapists or at least male to provide the massage for men and for those who does have female therapists available you may find that there is a man on reception and extras are unlikely, thats not to say impossible
If you are in the city then Bangkok may be your best bet, at least for a genuine Thai female, this is in the Sirinyalia area of Antalya City, i visited twice, first time was around a year ago, whilst extras would have been appreciated, i was really looking for a genuine deep tissue massage and that is what i received
Here are my experiences
Once in the room i asked the girl 'Nwad baeb thịy', which should have meant 'massage like in Thailand' whilst my Thai is not great she definitely understood as she shook her head and said what sounded like 'mi pen swan tow' which i answered 'NOT PRIVATE?' she nodded and replied Chi, yes!
Throughout there was no hint of extras and the atmosphere didnt seem right to broach the subject again, i may have felt different and may have had a different response had there not been a Turkish bloke on reception, the Lady was Thai and i would say in her early 50s she was ok, neither a stunner or a wort hog, just ok with what looked like a good rack
On my second visit which was early summer this year i saw a different Thai lady, again in her 50s and a different bloke on reception which was disappointing on both accounts, obviously my hope was that the original lady would recognise me and may offer up extras but neither was the case
Again i was in need of a genuine deep tissue massage the massage was once again really good, this time i just went with the flow, as nshe was massaging my inner upper thigh i did get the odd nudge, nothing which was definitely a swipe but it was enough to stir the loins, now on the turn it was obvious that i had a semi on which following a couple more accidental nudges developed into a full blown hard on, but rather than asking for extras and looking for encouragement, i chose to apologise, np problem was the answer, i not see she said!
And that was that, once again a good massage and i left balls full, BUT i do feel that had there not been the bloke in reception then something may have been offered
These were my experiences, i cannot say it would be impossible as you can never say never, but as a white English male i would not feel comfortable pushing my luck in a place like Turkey
