Penne - Stockport

Meet happened a week ago, in an apartment just outside of Stockport. Comms were decent and arranged a 15min appointment as I was pushed for time and didn't have long.
Given the code to the apartment block by Penne and gained entry after a couple of issues with the numbers, and made my way up to the room. I could hear two female voices behind the door as I knocked and it transpired Penne was sharing the apartment with another women, who also working.

Was there a strong perfume smell?
There was in the bathroom when I saw her and wouldn’t I go in clothed
