In Chinese places (management or staff) b2b can be a very euphemistic term, more often than not sucking of boobs, intimate touching and RO are possible, those that aren't up for this tend to have an attitude you can read beforehand and you either resign to an underwhelming experience if already naked and on the table or else you might just salvage it by asking about extras before you undress to give yourself a chance to decline and walk, never choose to stay if they suddenly offer it'll most likely be brief and crap.
