Tried to confirm at 10am but no one was picking up at either of the London numbers. After 10min got through to Victoria(?) venue number who did her best to help (new maid) and told me which station. Tried calling venue again on arrival: again no response. Eventually got through to other venue again and got a more detailed description of location and the wrong flat number. Called other venue again and said wrong flat, slight delay as mobiles are checked - correct flat number given.
I'm now ten minutes late (initial arrival 3 minutes early).
The NW1 venue is very close to Warren Street in a multistory block so, although exposed, felt discreet.
The unique reference number thing seems to have gone out of the window (not given one on the Mon or Fri).
