tldr; She confirmed the booking, then completely ghosted me, blocked me on WA and AW. Mods...I believe a negative review is allowed given that the booking was confirmed, but please let me know if not.

I emailed Bianca a few weeks before my trip to London and her comms were great. We agreed to do a late night outcall to my hotel in Regents Park. The week of, I messaged her on WA and she was keen to meet, and seemed genuinely excited (lots of emojis). I confirmed day of, and shared some outfit requests and checked in on her likes...up to this point, all of the comms were great. She is a nurse and mentioned she had to get back to her shift and was excited to meet later that evening. The last message from her was a set of smiley face emojis with hearts.
Much to my shock, sometime during the day she must have had a change of heart, but decided to never tell me
At around 7pm I msg'd her to check in, and I only got 1 checkmark on WA. I thought that maybe her phone was off, perhaps she was taking a nap after a long shift (she did mention that her shift was stressful when we chatted earlier in the day); our booking wasn't till 10pm, so I thought she's surely check in soon. Time went on, and no response. I tried calling, and even emailed her on AW...and got nothing.
At this point, I was still giving her the benefit of the doubt and though she had some emergency to deal with. It wasn't until the next morning that I noticed my AW email was read and deleted, and after some googling I learned that a single checkmark on WA can also be a byproduct of being blocked. I sent one more email a few days later, checking in and even expressing interest to see her next time I'm in town, and that was deleted without being read.
I still don't know what happened, or what I said that caused her to completely do a 180 on me and block me...I chalk it up as a loss, but was extra frustrated as I only have a few small breaks for have fun on my business trips and she kinda wasted my night.
