When you phone the number you are talking to the person who does the booking not necessarily the shop.
When I went in the receptionist was unsure if I was a walk in or had booked as I had only phoned 10 minutes prior and she said it hadn't had a call yet to say I'd booked. I took this as a positive as I enjoy a walk in now and again, I think I would try that next time to see how I get on.

The massage was exceptional - knew every part of the body. I asked for very firm - be careful - it was! Probably the firmest massage I've had in years. I loved it.
One of the best bits about this massage was the table. They are normally wonky, creaky, rubbish affairs and take away from the treatment but this bed was probably the best manual bed I've ever been on. Rock soilid and so comfy. The worst ones are the heated ones! Like being roasted over an open fire - I hate them. This bed was perfect.
I paid 60 for 60 minutes. Great massage, lovely surrounding, very enjoyable experience.
The only negative from me was I had to keep my shorts on - I prefer a draped towel.
I didn't see any showers on the way out but I didn't ask.
I think I'll go back, walk-in, try a more sensual light touch massage next time, ask about the showers (if any) and try and lose the shorts.
