Yes there's a risk, unless you have completely protected sex. I know one WG who got gonorrhea in her mouth (presumably by giving oral without), so even kissing her would involve a slight risk, and receiving oral from her would  be a higher risk. I believe chlamydia can also infect the mouth.

And do  not forget Hep B. Also incurable unless treated very early and unfortunately the symptoms take a long while to show .... and by which time the liver damage may be done.  Hep B testing is not a normal part of the GUM clinic routine. An innoculation is available but is not normally given.  I had the innoculation (and get an annual booster) because I used to work in iffy Asia-Pacific areas.  I do not know whether it is usual for working girls to get the Hep B innoculation

Quite frankly mate if I was you I would seriously look at myself in the mirror & ask myself if punting is really for me. The questions your asking can easily be researched on the net. If you look hard enough you will always find articles like the one posted above.
