Maybe a bit of a naive question here, but have noticed on both Premium and Allis Angels they suddenly have an influx of really young ladies on the books

One thing I have noticed though is they nearly all have belly button decoration / pendants.

Is this a new fashion I am unaware of or, as I suspect, are they non-english girls ?

I have just had a look at the respective websites but cannot see many navel piercings, however I know navel rings, bars aren't a new fashion - I had a navel piercing in 1998 when many women did the same, wore it until perhaps 2017 when I decided I no longer  desired it.

In fact some pics have been replaced to hide the belly, which is what started me questioning it.

Not a new fashion trend unless you have just teleported straight from the 1950s
Arguably they were more popular in the 90s and 00s than now

Loads of British girls have their belly button pierced. So don’t know what nationality has to do with it
