Shelton Brothel raided?

The local rag is reporting a knocking Shop in Shelton having a visit from the plod.  There's a few round there to guess from

Apparently they have CCTV and phone records, time to ditch the punting phone I think.

I'd say it was , I've visited the place more then once and it seems about right with the maid being around 55.

I think just the establishment.  A very long time ago I left a massage parlour/brothel in Manchester. Walked round the corner to where the car was parked and two plain clothes coppers stopped me.

They wanted info on what went on inside the premises. They tried coercion " do your employers know what you get up to during working hours?" ,( it was a company car).

I refused to disclose anything beyond needing treatment for a dodgy shoulder (partly true). They let me leave with some black looks.

Paying for sex is not illegal unless the girl has been coerced.

Even if that were the case, unless they caught you in the act, and even assuming that they have been watching the place for some time, how would they prove that you had, in fact, paid for sex.  ... or even had sex .... or even paid any money.

I am fairly sure that speaking to someone on the phone, or visiting the house of someone, later shown to be running a brothel, is not any kind of offence.

I think you're probably safe.

(Asking that question on a public punting forum does make you look like you might have a guilty conscience though  )

Not so sure it was as just been chatting to my punting mate, news report dated 19th Sept and he says he was there just last week so October.

Update, just speaking to my punting mate again and he said he rang them on the 19th Sept and got a text message saying they were closed for 2 weeks which does make you wonder if it was them, but he deffo went there tbe first week of October so would seem to be operating if you would wish to chance it???!!!

This place has been going for years although not in the same location but with the same maid, I once joked with her that I'd let her join in but she declined saying she no longer offers services.

Okay.  It sounded like you were suggesting that I should.  I wondered why.  Perhaps I had missed something that you hadn't.

My point was that their number had not changed.  Suggests that either the Shelton brothel raid was not at this premises, (the main question raised by this thread), or that the same/similar management were in place, and we were one step closer to establishing that BAU was in place.

Not sure if leaving a review for this massage provider is the right thing to do or not.

But a " friend" visited there last week, its open as usual and apparently he had one of the best massages ever with a very attractive lady, who was very eager to please. The maid was the same lady as previously.

It was confirmed during the visit that this is the premises that was raided by the police , but told that no charges made ?

It's all o up and running, but no pics of the girl anymore.  Shame as some real crackers and now is just pot luck
