Hi,

Going to be in the area soon and I'd emailed an enquiry to Premium as nobody showing on the rota for next week but I've not had any reply, does anyone know if this is normal and they only take queries by call? I have a hearing impediment so calls are difficult sometimes, don't want to email again or try calling if they usually take more than a few days to reply.

Any help is appreciated.

For quite a while now, the calendar only seems to get updated 1 day at time.  Try texting them or WhatsApp, that is the usual method of comms with them.

I have used them twice in the past and found Comms to be good. However, like many of us I have to plan my punts in advance so the last-minute availability updates are no good at all and the ladies I am attracted to only seem on average to work half a day per week. Because of all that I recently enquired about the availability of a particular lady on a particular day a week or so in advance and didn't receive a reply. Hardly good customer service. Does anyone know if any of the ladies work for other agencies or as indies?

So Junie isn’t with Premium anymore? I’d always (perhaps wrongly) believed that it was her business. Junie was always great, and very fair, quick to sort any issues out and great with comms. The fact that she is no longer there may explain everything.
