The first was with a specific booking request date / time and duration
The second was just an enquiry as to if she was still available for advanced bookings

When I first started back 11 years ago, there were a lot of profiles with long wordy instructions about how to contact, how to book, what to do on arrival which seemed laborious. At the same time most, I say most, of these SP’s tended to follow through with a good booking. Today there seems to be lot more quick reads. Just a few lines and maybe a couple FAQ’s
To give you an example try reading this one :

That is what I call old school and Charlotte definitely gives off the same vibe.
