CONCLUSION

She is a nice girl, very friendly and easy to get on with,
She offers me a massage or second round which I politely decline.
I had a very vanilla punt but I am sure she can take a stronger pounding and longer sex than what I was able to give to her.

Usually I check for things if the apartment complex has a concierge or people loitering or people I may know from work/personal life.
I have been approached/confronted once by a neighbour which turned ugly as he crossed the line. I would have noticed him watching from the beginning had I checked the immediate area first

I wasn’t aware of her £130 on her AW. When I text her firet she sent me a menu of pricing and extras. The standard hour rate she texted me was £150 p/h

What was the neighbour's problem?

I believe he was fed up of punters knocking on his door. I am guessing he wanted to grief the SP as much as possible by harassing her customers so the SP would vacate. I sympathised for the neighbour even after our altercation.
