Decided to branch out from a regular as our calendars haven’t lined up for a while, and what a disaster this was!

Comms were initially really good, fast replies via text and easy enough.

Was given the location of some apartments down the Bay. Arrived and sent off the text 5 mins before booking time. Told she will be ready asap. 20 minutes goes by (now 15 mins into the booking) with no further contact from TGB. Waited a further 15 mins after sending a text asking if there’s an issue…. Still no reply. Tried to call and still no answer.

Now been a few hours since and I’ve still heard nothing. Waste of time, stay clear away! In hindsight I’ve saved money, but still frustrating.

Wonder if they have a camera on the foyer entrance and don't like the look of people?
They definitely got one on the flat door so everyone that goes there will be on video

Imagine travelling along way to get there and then that happens, just not worth the risk. So disrespectful as well from Welsh Bunnies to treat people like that. I would never book with them.

Aye I was offered a discount and also very apologetic in all fairness. Will I be returning… probably not after reading her latest review on the Scotland forum.
