ILO posted this polite request for you to explain your lack of reviews over the previous 4 years, you chose to ignore the question so the timer was set.

You seem over 4 years behind on the reviews matey, could you explain please

There's been a lot of changes to the rules since you joined, perhaps if you reread them (link at the bottom of every page) you will understand the new ethos of the site and avoid any future issues.

BTW it would benefit every member to have a look at the rules, there's even been changes since ILO posted the question referred to here.

Do the rules apply to all members?

I ask because we have some users who haven't posted reviews for many years and they don't get chased to provide new reviews.

One of the rules concerns "wannabe mods".  This matter is for the admin team and the mods, not individual members.

This question has been answered many times even quite recently.
I'm surprised you haven't kept up to date.

Yes the rules apply to all members as is made very clear if you read them, however what action is taken, if any, very much depends on the individual circumstances of the member involved. Consideration is given to the reason for not posting a review, their login and post history and the value of previous contributions, all things that members are not aware of, hence the 'wannabe mods' rule.

I always try to do a review once a year now because I don’t see that many new WG and I’m only seeing a few regulars that I been seeing them for years. I do see a decline of reviews over the years and don’t see many TOFTT as much anymore.

Addendum: anyone who has a concern about another member's contribution should report the member and the mods will look at it. Doing it openly on the forum is unwise.

If you read the stats at the bottom of this page - https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?action=reviewstatistics
You will actually find out that review numbers are not that low compared to what you may think.  :hi:

I would do a TOFTT If I generally think the sp looked genuine. At the moment there is no need to cause in the London region there are lots of well established sps.  :hi:

That's exactly right, the mods have access to all the relevant information about the member concerned as well as knowledge of what has gone on behind the scenes including any communications with the said member.

It has been known for a wannabe mod to be banned for a couple of weeks due to the way they have questioned a member when the mods had already looked at it and found their contributions acceptable.

We keep saying date registered on the site has no relevance to when they become verified and able to post, sometimes there's years between the two but that is only known if their login history is checked.

Now I wonder who that could be aimed at?

This is a review site and there are no exceptions.
