Logistics, booking and communication I called Ellie earlier in the day to arrange a booking for later that day. A time and one hour booking were agreed.
Half hour before my booking with Ellie, I let Ellie, know I was on my way and as a way of confirming that I was coming.
I arrived at her postcode a quarter hour before my booking time. I spent the time to make sure I was familiar with the local area and I could find the correct address. I sent a SMS to Ellie to let her know I was in the area.
My booking time came and went so I called Ellie after a while. The phone picked up then was dropped. I thought it was a glitch or a mistake so called again. It rang and rang and rang. So, I waited for 5 minutes and called again. Once again, the phone rang, and rang and rang. There was now 1 picked up call and 2 missed calls on her phone from my number.
Question: how many times should one call before giving up on trying to connect for a booking?
After waiting half hour after the agreed booking time and giving Ellie the benefit of the doubt since she may be over running and hearing nothing, I called it quits and left. I did not hear anything back from Ellie.
Question: How long after an agreed booking time slot should one wait. I know from Gurds in the case of Lacey Lee it could be up to one hour after the agreed time slot.
