I’ll start this review by saying this never happened.
I’ve arranged two separate bookings with Serena in the last couple of months, usually a few days in advance and both times she’s cancelled with an hours notice with lame excuses! The first was believable ( gave her the benefit of the doubt on that ) but this time with a sore throat
The real kicker for me is she knows full well I don’t live in Plymouth and after seeing this lady around ten times in the past it seems like bizarre behaviour on her part. I appreciate that life gets in the way sometimes but both times with such short notice seems more malicious at this point! Part of me thinks she got a better offer and was happy to ditch me but couldn’t prove it.
It’s a real shame as from my past experience with her she’s always been very reliable and a fantastic service provider! So with that in mind was very reluctant to post this! But she did cause me all manner of issues by cancelling, I’d already pretty much arrived in Plymouth, (120 mile round trip ) so not only wasted my time but around thirty quid in fuel plus the ruddy toll on the Tamar.
Conclusion
I really should have had a plan B in place but Plymouth being the wasteland it is, there’s really not a great deal of options there nowadays. Did try Talula Thomas but she was unavailable.
Would I return: No the trust is gone now.
Would I recommend: Yes but I’d make sure you have a plan b and a secured booking in place, neither of these I did so was asking for trouble really.
