The age issue…

I don’t really have a preference for age when it comes to punting but I would say it’s from the low twenties to probably the 40’s not into anything older or anything illegal or creepy.

My issue though is when I do want to punt I’m faced with this bullshit detecting scenario each time with are you the actual age you say you are?

Seems to be almost a plus 5 rule and in some case a plus 10, so many providers who are in 30’s not 20’s and so many who are 40’s not 30’s.

Why do I care? Well it’s still a service I am paying for and like any other service I want it to be accurate, if I fancy a pint with a 24 year old I should end up with a provider coming into the hotel room in her 30’s.

I get why it’s done as most men( I presume) would go for the younger model but my take is if your honest I’m likely to go with you over potential lie.

Thoughts? Am I just being a dickhead about it all?

I suppose it depends on your age group to a degree. I mostly ignored the age and went for the service. That said, often 30s I mentally add 10. When I was in my 30s and dating I went for similar ages, now in my 50s/60s my GF is 30s/40s, and I punt SPs from 30s to 70s, I tried for a while not punting anything younger than my offspring (30s) but I soon broke that rule with a threesome with two mid 20s.

Absolutely correct. About the false advertising bit.

We just use a bit of common sense really.
I have no problems about turning up to see someone I’ve not met before….. and walking if it’s someone completely different from expected.
Or staying if the lass is a B&S but so fuckin hot I’d be a fool to turn on my heels. 

Similarly I’ve known a girl is older than she said she was. But she looks lovely so no worries.

For me it’s the “Yes I’m a size 8” but the reality is a16.

Or “I’m 25” and age is out by 20 years.

Depends if the lie can be believed…… or not.

Op - you have been a member here for about 18 months - don't know if you have been reading the forum during this time - if so you will know that "age" quoted varies from "accurate" in a few cases to "add 5 years" in many cases to "add 10 years" in some cases. Dress size is another fact that seems to vary a bit from that stated in the profile!

Its part of "the game" that we need to be mindful of and do whatever we reasonably can to come to nearer the actual age - like read any reviews on here, if any. Otherwise always be prepared to walk if someone is very different from their pics. However, surely age itself, isn't the issue - its whether you like the look of them. If the profile said 24 and you think she is "hot" but maybe a couple of years more than 24 - does it matter?

They literally all lie about their age. Even ones who are 21 will say they are 19. Obviously it's false advertising, but what can you do, never see any of them? I have had a couple of genuine early twenties stunners and plenty of mid-twenties ones, though. Forget most of the names but I reviewed most. Usually I expect them to lie, but I built up my hopes that one of the HOD ladies would be the age she stated which the same age as a blonde lady I was working with. Her photos looked similar. I agree with jimbobted, not all SPs lie about their age. I would say most of the SPs I've met have been relatively honest about their age, with maybe a two or three year difference in most cases.

But I've also met SPs who were advertised as late 20s and were actually in their 40s - that is just unacceptable as it's a completely different age category. Somebody who is interested in a late 20s SP will not necessarily be interested in an SP in her 40s - I am definitely not.

Well I've seen probably a hundred SPs and can only remember a handful that were likely the exact same age as their profile. You don't know for sure that they're 22 and not 24, and neither do I.

The whole age thing to me is a big non starter. The reason is that I have seen some 50+ year olds with absolute banging bodies and some much younger who just look awful.

Care of your body is damn sight more important than the number.

As an afterthought, I would also prefer to use my real age but since I hit 70 I keep my age at 65. I have often been told that I look ten years younger so I reckon I’m good till at least 80

As of lot of this hobby is fantasy and if a profile or SP tells you she is certain age that’s fine with me.
I am now nearly 60 but still like seeing blonde escorts in the 20’s. So if they are in their 30’s that fine.
As long as it’s the same girl in their photos and they are recent and not years old, they are FAF and

It’s not hard to really get a grip of ages. If she states she’s early twenties by and large they are at least still in their twenties, maybe heading for late twenties but still under thirty.

Once they put down twenty nine as their age you know they’re at least mid thirties and it’s probably more likely late thirties.

When you get into the forties especially forty seven and onwards then it could be anything from fifty to sixty plus.

Well that’s how I gauge it anyway.

While it should be possible for AW to introduce an age verification system they ain't done it yet. Its not that that it needs to be exact, but if they could have exact age not publicly displayed, then let SP pick to have an offset if they need one for privacy reasons of say up to 4 years it would solve the problem in post #34 of a 38 year old saying shes 24.

A few weeks ago, maybe a bit longer, an SP from HOD who claims to be 24, went up to MK and got put on the rota, where her age was stated as 29.  After a few days it was adjusted down to 24.  I'm guessing 29 is/was her correct age.  Why do they do it?

There is a lovely escort in South Wales who is actually 59 but advertises as 49.

It’s a ten year gap but the reason she gives is because punters often search by age limit and they would miss out on seeing a still attractive SP who by and large has a better body than most 49 year olds. She acknowledges it’s a lie but it hasn’t done her any harm.

Age is just a number, care of the body is paramount.

Also I knock five years off my own age so I am reluctant to complain for fear of being called a hypocrite

I always assume the age isn't accurate on AW. I'm not particularly fussed though, I generally prefer an older woman. They tend to have more experience, which usually results in a great time together!
