Only booked one,  it was in Tijuana a few years ago and (from memory) cost me somewhere between $200-300.   I may well feel differently about it had I paid more.... but this is how it went:

1. Meet in hotel reception

I kind of understand why you are curious what others like to do. But as someone earlier mentioned its probably more likely to be something thay you should discuss with the SP.  She might have her own "plan".

Also IMO it's kind of insane to do an overnight with SP that you have never met before. Even if she has loads of positive reviews you might just not connect sexually or have a clash of personalities. Unless you have so much money that you don't mind just telling her to keep the money and go home after an awkward few hours.

As an SP I want to know arrival time, approximate itinerary, re there any meals included - doesn't matter if they aren't I just want to make sure I arrive prepared and also helps me open appropriate clothing, any specific requests, departure time.

Some people eat early, some late, some like sex before meal, some not until afterwards, some are totally in the room private time, all sorts of different combinations.
