Communication: i walked in after cycling, i asked if i could leave my bike in reception, i ws told yes. it was a quiet day but phoning ahead would be beneficial.
Therapist: i saw the young Chinese lady called Nicky, she was thin tall and very quiet, she was wearing a black pair of jeans and red t-shirt. circa 20yrs.
she speaks when spoken to but is very focused. 60ph.
Service: before i started i had a shower and a glass of water. nice touch. then got down to the massage. it was firm and undid all the knots. a large towel was placed over me, with the one hr music album playing on the phone (she does clock watch)
when I turned over the towel wasn't moved even though my calf muscles were massaged under the towel, I arched my back and spread my legs but her eyes never left the massage zone!
At the end of the session she politely said thank you and left the room.
