External Link/Members OnlyDespite the previous mixed reviews, this one has been on my list for some time so when I saw she was on tour in Leeds, I thought I'd arrange a booking - what a mistake that was!
Meeting arranged and confirmed a day prior via text, we had a little back and forth where she provided all the information and answered my questions without any issues - all good so far.
The morning after I sent across a quick text to ensure the meeting would be going ahead and to avoid a wasted hour drive. I was advised that the cleaners would be coming at my scheduled time and we agreed to push the appointment back 30 minutes - this was probably the first sign that I should have cancelled the meeting. Arrived at the postcode provided (Granary Wharf apartments) at the newly arranged time only to be told the 'cleaners' still hadn't arrived and we would need to reschedule. Meeting pushed back from the morning to the afternoon. Afternoon arrived and no response to my calls or messages at which point I gave up. Most likely double booked or got an offer of a longer booking but that is just me speculating. Thankfully I had things to do in Leeds otherwise I would not have hung around till the afternoon after the initial delay.
Really poor service and a lot of time wasted overall along with poor communication. I would avoid!!
