This place is coming up on gumtree. Not seen it before but looks like it's in an old hair salon in the centre of Blackburn.

Are there any tips to know if this is legit or not before I give it a go?

Wasn't that one-girl-of-the-day place near the football ground named Regency? It was above a shop accessed via a fire escape down a ginnell.

No that was called Exclusive - no idea if it’s still going - this place appears to be new .
