Isabel was my plan a for Friday,emailed to book and got confirmation of time  but she advised to call to confirm still visiting on the day  which I did, to be advised we didn't agree a time  4fs was not amused, however  plan b  gave me 2 pops  in the hour which I'll review later  so there was at least a silver lining

sorry to here that you had a issue. Not sure but I mite have neg a W\G if she did that to me. I always keep good comm,s about bookings.

1 due to location (not a fan of tube - buses)

2 resent punts @£70 - £100 per hour means I get more bang for buck or longer and I like longer punts now. 2 + hours.
