Just use the AW search filters based on age. It can only work on the age information provided by the SPs and SSs generally feel that SPs understate their age by maybe 5 years.

Search by age. Usually if they say they're in their early twenties chances are they are at least under thirty. Once they near forty it becomes more vague. After forty then you take your chance, it could be anything.
