I've noticed cookie requests on AW over the last couple of weeks. Are we being ad targetted?

Just use Notepad to open the file.

I’m not tech savvy either.
I’ve got a small diary I jot things down in, will that do ?

As far as cookies go. I can open a jar 🤷🏼

Chances are they've always set cookies without asking but have only recently implemented a consent mechanism. If anything they're making it easier for you to opt out of tracking.

I'd be more concerned that they now allow you to login with Google......

Like I want a faceless American company to have access to my hobby interests.
