You are absolutely not stupid. A WG advertised her services, you paid your money, you deserve a quality service which you absoutely did not get. I do not know any other industry where a service provider can get away with providing a poor service and still gets paid. If you invited a painter and decorator to your house to paint your walls and he only painted a quarter of the wall and got paint on your chairs, carpets and ceiling - would you still pay him? Of course you wouldn't. Thank goodness for 'sites like UKP - let's run these useless WGs out of town.
