I got quite close to this SP, but the comms are the worst I have experienced. So much so, I've given up.
So definitely someone else completely does the comms. This is not unusual, but it's usually seamless. The issue is her receptionist doesn't seem to communicate with Maya.
The final straw for me was getting the go ahead and buzz the flat number. Buzzed, Maya 'answered' but didn't say anything or open the communal door. So I was hanging around outside the block like a muppet, hello hello. This happened TWICE.
On the third try, I got in, and when I got to the flat asked her what was going on, why did she say come in and then not let me in. She said she wasn't ready, it was her receptionist saying come in, and she was going to tell them off after the appointment.
Apart from that incident, just generally it's pulling teeth, like I'd ask if she was available for x mins at y time, and I'd get a yes 6 hours after the y time had passed!
A great pity as she's absolutely lovely. But needs to sort the comms with her receptionist or get a new receptionist.
