@ggppqq - Honestly, I have no idea. I can appreciate your apprehension - I was too. However, I have seen two Brazilians in the area (Maya at Goodge St and Cheerleader Bella at Tottenham Court Road) and both were genuine. Both proved to be very enjoyable experiences.
All I can suggest is you make a booking, go and see Naila and report back.

It looks clear to me that there's a small group of Brazilian escorts travelling in between London and anywhere else, who are sharing the very same flat in London Goodge Street, sharing the same Adultworks accounts, sharing the same telephone numbers. This awkard "tools sharing" is probably meant to keep the costs down, and it may be the consequence of our unaffordable cost of living in London (especially when it come to renting flats). Unfortuantely, the likelyhood of booking for any of those girls and finding someone else welcoming you on that day seems to be "preeeeetty" high ! I understand that many of us, punters, don't like to be diverted to a different girl, especially when she doesn't look or perform well.
