I've read the rules and searched the forums, so sorry if this has been answered and I've missed it:

If I visit a SP for a second (third, fourth, etc) time should I submit an additional review for each visit. I don't want to be accused of spamming but I want to contribute meaningfully.

Any rules or guidance?

So long as it doesn't look like you are touting her, I imagine it would be fine, especially if there are changes in the service, or something new/different happens.
I suppose even confirming similar service to last time will be helpful, more so if it's 6 months later vs a week has passed.

I've done multiple reviews for the same SP, but usually when it's a different location or after a significant period of time like 6 months.  People see them as useful confirmation that they're still delivering a good service. Some people just post on their previous review.

I would say if something changes like quality of service, new services offered etc, i would write another review. If services and performance stay the same, i would mention it in the thread of your original review.

As a rule of thumb think about how useful another review would be, would several reviews by the same punter for the same SP in short space of time encourage you to visit or would you see it as touting.

As reviews go multiple reviews by different punters show the SP gives consistent service to all punters whereas multiple reviews by the same punter only show he gets a good service which might be because he's a regular.

If you book again and the service is very similar then add a post to your last review detailing that you've been again and again recieved a good service.
