It's probably not a position SPs will offer by default as most people do the standard positions like doggy, missionary and cowgirl plus it requires a lot of energy from the SP and that doesn't work well for a long working day. After an Amazon session the SP is likely to need a break of an hour or two.

The best thing to do is approach an SP and ask them if they are open to doing Amazon position providing them with a link to a video or description and then the SP can say yes or no.

This video shows variations of the amazon position.  Assuming it's MF having sex, although I assume it would also work for MM, they will most likely require stamina for the woman and body flexibility for the man but not as much as the male performer in gif in the OP.

As far I can see, the woman in the gif is moving her hips horizontally hence the positioning by the man whereas it's more vertical in the video so would be a more 'natural' angle for men but of course the exact position all depends on the extent of pain-free range of motion of the individual.
