It means that they are only selling content and no escorting or other services.

What they're doing off AW is entirely there business and we have no way of knowing via AW.

That's often used by AW as a short-term holding position while they investigate a complaint about a girl's profile.
We've seen it used many times where a profile has been reported for using stolen photos. Within a day or two the profile usually gets deleted.
