But what a change in staff , gigi in her 40s maybe late 40s slim but no shape not dressed to please.

I agree  although I haven't seen Ruby for a while but along with Cindy they are by far the best at Old Lode lane. If either or both leave then it's not likely I will keep going there and I've been a regular here for donkey's years. With competition from the shop just up the road Livy (if she is in charge ) has got to get her finger out and offer a better service.

I have to agree with all of the above comments also ,OLL isn’t cheap for what’s on offer and when you are paying £70 for the hour you need to be getting a decent service.

The problem with older staff is that if the other places offer more you would go there instead.

What was great was on how Laura previously got younger staff at the time and manage to keep the allure but kept you going back.

If Livy can match that she would be okay. At the moment it is hard competition for her

I think Livy is trying but struggling.... given my last experience and visit as a whole I am disappointed (made me change my room, noisy bed) and unable to feed this back to OLL / Livy... will think twice before visiting next or look for other options.

Well guys, it seems that the new girls are such a disappointment that there will be one hell of a queue to see Cindy when she gets back from Hong Kong.
