Kamagra - advice please

Good afternoon chaps

I have recently purchased some 100 Kamagra chewable tablets from Kamagra Now. Great service, competitive price, the only thing that was missing was how to take them. Any advice please, ie empty stomach, time before, length of working , lots of water etc.

yes I am aware that Kamagra is the same, If it is exactly the same, i'm sorry for asking. As its a different name only then i can assume usage exactly the same. But if its a chewable jelly with a different name  i thought there maybe different usage advise, the absence of a leaflet made me ask the question.

If they are 100 mg tablets they need to be cut in half. Normal dose is 50mg. That what is prescribed by a Doctor

The reason there is no leaflet is because it is not licenced in the UK External Link/Members Only

Kamagra is an Indian brand name for Sildenafil -i.e. the same active ingredient as Viagra.
For various reasons (not least the lack of clean drinking water in parts of India) the manufacturer offers not only tablets but also chewable jellies. Just chew and eat like a sweet.
But remember there is no British or European or USA product licence for Kamagra. Import is illegal. Sales in the UK are illegal.
The manufacturer, Ajanta, is a reputable company - but has failed to go through with product registration in Europe or the USA, maybe they think they have a big enough market in the third world. However that has opened the opportunity for smuggled parallel imports avoiding any quality control scrutiny. Some of these parallel imports may well be of counterfeit faked drugs, with absolutely no quality checks or not even any guarantee of being the correct product.
I would suggest you are better off buying generic sildenafil from a British based regulated pharmacy

On the basis of this explanation I'm compelled to ask you:

• What or who are the 100mg tablets for if the normal prescribed dose by a doctor is 50mg?
  
• Why should I trust a manufacturer who can't be arsed to put in an information leaflet over a Doctor over here who could be struck off or even arrested if they mess up their patients?

It could also be you'd be better suited with other drugs, such as tadalafil or vardenafil, or you may even have some condition that aggravates the ED which a doctor can treat and bring the joy back, drug-free.

There's plenty of legitimate UK online doctors and pharmacies that will supply you approved UK products too, the prices of which are relatively small compared to the fees which the service providers charge, assuming of course you need it for punting

On that note, there are 25mg and 20mg sildenafil tablets approved for UK use, though the 20mg strength is used to treat high blood pressure in the lungs

Some advice please. I plucked up the courage to see my GP about ED and my on going inabilities!! She counselled me and looked at my weight/BP and was happy to prescribe viagra. It did take some courage to visit her and after 6 weeks i find myself getting an erection but generally being unable to maintain it. any thoughts on alternatives or advice. I will revisit her but if i go armed with alternatives she could prescribe Id be happier. Thank you in advance.

Unlike many who enquire about ED meds you had done the correct thing and seen your GP. You then received some useful advice from people on that thread including myself advising how your GP may proceed.

But it seems a few weeks later you haven't gone back to your GP, but instead decided for some reason to purchase Kamagra from the internet which has been pointed out is no different to what you have already tried, but is supplied illegally.

So why did you do that? Did someone on here perhaps PM you?
