There is the small matter of childbirth to add in, that is a major factor when it comes to piles, the pressure of childbirth on the surrounding tissues and veins is immense. Many women suffer from post natal piles that later clear up, but I would suggest that given that a weakness is now present that may reoccur at a later date.
Then there is genetics and lifestyle just like with any man, so diet does play a part but no more than in men, unless there is scientific and medical data to prove otherwise which you can point me to.
