I don't think she does look like the photos, and it's nagging me that I can't remember if the tatts are the same, or if she has just had more, but she does look really good.
I'd definitely say she looks more nice than rough - one aspect of that being the painted on eyebrows on the photos weren't there, and she does have a more normal pretty face than the photos suggest, especially with the pink/lilac hair versus the black in the photos.
