Not much to say bar ghosted.

Texted the day before for 10am booking the following day. I messaged again later in the evening to confirm and the message was read (WhatsApp), but no reply.

Morning of no reply and didn't even read any of my messages until the evening, and still no reply or apology or anything.  Just lucky I didn't have to travel far as I was in the area anyway.

Shame... Sofia gives an excellent service but is clearly scatty when it comes to communications. She's had me waiting and nearly leaving upon arrival in the area, only for a late text reply to come in just in time.

I'm pretty certain that another person handles her booking.I can recall seeing an older lady at the flat that the Brazilias use in Lancaster.She was working into the flat with a pizza as I was walking out!!
