I met Rosa some months ago in Covent Garden.. Maybe March of this year? Anyway, I found her to be very friendly, but not a great service provider. It was mostly about her being shy or not eager/willing to please. For example, she kept her breasts covered with her arms for some reason. She's fairly cute in the face, but very skinny (to me, at least). I think the picture with her in the pink panties from behind is genuine. The rest don't strike me as being of her, but I could be wrong. All of the services on her profile were on offer, but all-in-all, I'd just as soon stay away.
