Called for availability and to arrange a booking. Asked who was working, but she just gave a slippy answer like 'lots of girls, don't worry'. I made up a girl's name and asked if she was working today and she said 'Yes come come', so figured she was bullshitting. Tone was very direct, no big deal, possibly a language thing. Made a booking for later in the day.
Arrived on time but entrance was locked. Knocked but no answer, couldn't see any activity inside. Walked and called again and was told it was closed while they were eating but to come back and they will open the door. Second try and door was still locked but someone did come to the door and told me to wait in reception. I asked for how long and she said about an hour! When I told her I'd already made a booking for this time she didn't seem to be aware or bothered. I guess they had customers inside. She offered free use of the sauna but was not interested and walked and tried to find a plan B. Review to follow.
