Hi fellas,

I’m an idiot.

I paid a vivastreet via bank transfer.

Get a message after I left saying they hadn’t received the money on their account ( I believe they have a revolut account)

They message me saying they still haven’t received it and that they are threatening to go to the police.

I have now sent it to them again.

Both times it has left my account.

I don’t know what to do guys

I’ve been an idiot.

Please advise this idiot on what to do

Rest assured a) you were an idiot when you agreed to pay by transfer and b) you were a fool when you then resent the money.

The money is gone, I hope the punt was worth the double price.... cannot wait for the review

Didn’t read that properly.

The money has gone, they’ve had it.
Leave it that.
Tell them to call the police, you aren’t paying anymore.
It’s a scam obviously

If you call the bank to say you’ve accidentally paid it twice you might get one payment back.


Also, trying not to rub salt in the wound, the lack of reviews…..

Why did you send it a second time? Presumably because you have a OH and didn’t want any “issues”!  It will of course show on your bank account! You could try talking to the bank but if you really want it to remain “quiet” - just mark it up to experience and never do it again!

Was one of her regs, she used to be really good but now upped her prices and rushes you to finish as quick as possible. Would avoid unfortunately.

Now, despite what's posted all over this forum about paying deposits and scams you are saying this.

I hope this really is the last time you actually do a transfer because cash really is king when it comes to punting. My advice to anyone would be NEVER do a bank transfer, it’s just too risky.

Well, at the very least write a review so other punters can avoid these scammers.

You *may* be able to get one of the payments reversed by your bank as this could be classified as an APP (authorised push payment) scam. This would at the very least probably result in the scammer's account being temporarily frozen or flagged for investigation, and you *could* get your money back minus an excess fee (I think my bank reserves the right to keep the first £50, check with yours). This would however involve you speaking candidly to someone from your bank about paying for sex.

Probably the most value you could gain from this is to treat it as an expensive life lesson.
