On the face of it you would think that this would be a simple task in a city the size of Leeds, but unfortunately not
As already pointed out, there will be a few indies located close to the station in one of the hotels or apartment blocks and these may be your best option and just hope you can get a short notice booking
On the parlour front, you are really up against it for a parlour type meet, for one, unless you can get maybe a minimum of 1 1/4 hour free for a 30 min sesh or better still 2 hours for a 1 hour sesh then time may be against you
As UpsNd already mentioned there is Angels and virtually next door you have Naree thai on Pym street which will be around a 10 min taxi ride assuming the traffic is good or a 30 min walk, Angels is a FS place and i dont know anyone whom as been refused FS in Naree for a very long time, the down side with Naree could be the quality of the girl or maybe the Ladyboy as they frequent Naree far too often these days
Suranaree is again around a 10 min taxi ride or 25ish min walk from the train station, you can often find FS indies here, see AW and search LS7, usually if this search shows a Thai then she will be at Suranaree
You may get a walk in at Suranaree and the mamasan here which is Lilly is known for opening her legs but personally i would call first
A little closer is Chayada on New Briggate, less than a 15 min walk from the train station and a taxi will only save you a couple of mins, a walk in is possible but if your timing is wrong they may be booked up
Main issue with Chayada is that the girls often change their names, same girl different name and advert and i do know that at least one of the girls does not provide FS
and in many of the Asian parlours FS is rarely guaranteed on the first visit
Time being an issue then personally i would try a short notice booking with an AW or VS indie working close by
From a parlour perspective, I would say that at Angels you would be guaranteed your preferred service and you should get a walk in, or find the indie Thai at Suranaree, again you will be guaranteed your service, though if it is the current girl then dont bother she is shite, both places are a 10min + taxi ride away
If you have a little more time on your hands then my personal preference would be to visit Ubon Thai on York road, i dont know anyone whom as been denied FS here in a long time but to be on the safe side, i would PM you my choice
I dont think short notice will be too much of an issue depending on the time of the day, mid afternoon may be the best times for availability but i certainly would have a plan B & C to hand
