Spotted this hottie a few days ago so made a booking. Comms were a bit slow and she said she's priotising her other work whatever that means....

Still went ahead to book me in for a slot that was 2 hours in advance. Got to her place on time and was told to wait 30 mins.... I said ok that's fine went to find somewhre for a quick beer. Messaged again and said client extended her booking and asked if I'm ok to wait for another hour so decided to leave....

Would like to see this one if possible but I don't get it what she meant by prioritising her other work - long term client, agency, etc?

Just sounds unrealiable.
I mean even if it were true her client wanted to extend, why agree to that when she had a confirmed booking with you and knew you were already waiting 30 mins extra for her.

Personally I'd not give her the pleasure of another chance. She doesn't respect your time.
