No answer and was sent a text with service options and address.
It was early afternoon and when I enquired about the time I wanted I was told that she was available at 5pm.
Made my way down to Croydon. Arrived in Croydon 30 minutes before and texted to let her know I was in Croydon and would be there at 5. No reply.
Got to the address at 5, texted to say I was downstairs. No reply. Rang, no answer. Got a text a few minutes later to say her train from BIRMINGHAM was very delayed and she wouldn't be there until 8pm.
In that case there was ample opportunity to let me know in advance and save me the journey. Negative.
