Venue = In a block of appartments which are used by businesses. There is even a cafe on the bottom floor which can be useful if you are early while you wait. There is a 1 hour free parking outside which is useful if you are going for a 30 min appointment however anything longer its advisable to pay £1 via your phone to avoid fines. Professional set up and very warm. I could hear voices through the walls which were from staff working in the surrounding offices. However 2nd time I visited was a weekend and nobody was around
