There are options but like UpsnDowns says, it depends what you are looking for, your location and ability to travel may play a big part too
If you are in the CC then Asian wise you have Labella spa not too far from the train station though i havent been myself for quite sometime so i dont know what is on offer
Further up past the bus station you have Care on Harrison street, Chayada on new Briggate (girl depending but a FULL range of extras is often available at Chayada), a little further on you have Phun Tawee, varied extras but a good experience is usually guaranteed
There are a number of other places close'ish to the centre and a number of indies too
Naree on Pym street is walkable from the bus station as is Angels which is on the same street but you if you have transport then i would use that
Further out, heading out on York road towards the M1 you have Ubon, i dont know which girls are there this week but Ubon would be my choice if a full range of extras was the priority
Personally i would avoid Jasmine Thai or whatever they are calling it now, this is on Burley road
If the massage itself is priority then maybe Natcha in Headingley would fit your bill, HJ & B2B is often available but the fee may be higher than other places
