Booked despite the B&S neg, as the prior green seemed promising 
Non-committal texts means I expected a walk-up joint, so very much punting today, but perhaps the trade off for a £120/h rate these days.
Location a block of flats a good 15 mins walk from any station.  Excuses and a long wait on arrival, eventually gave up and walked.
