Slippery there are quite a few threads on RB's, people love them or hate them, but my experience has been good;

The cost £2 in AW credits.
Sometimes shorter notice works.
Other times a good lead time is the answer.
Make it very clear what you require but you will still get offers from all sorts, way off your criteria.
Only those with a profile offering services can see the exact details of your offer.
Everyone can see how many bids have been made, but no details.
Only you can see who and how much.
Some girls may bid more than their normal rates

my 2 favourite and most successful values are:

Some wgs will counter your bid a bit higher (but still a lot cheaper than their profile). Other good tips are to do it at the right time i.e create booking at 6pm/7pm on a weekday as I feel this will be peak time for wgs looking for RBs and if you don't get a bid for a little while, update it again at a peak time.
