We arranged a time to meet and she sounded good on the phone, sent me a text to confirm location and services offered.  Usual thing - call me when you get here.
When I arrived I see a text saying "I'm going for lunch can we put back by 30 minutes".  So I hang around for 30 mins then try to call and no response, tried a bit later and still no reply.
Avoid this time waster - why do you "go to lunch" when you have arranged an appointment?  I really don't understand why they do this.

You booked a time turned up as agreed and they then waste your time.
