Also £400 for 1 hour is expensive. She is worth it though and I'll be back.

Market forces init. There must be a sufficient number of people who like the OP think she is worth £400, else she'd have been forced to lower.

I suspect she has built up a few regulars who sustain her, as well as the odd tourist or businesman wanting a one-off treat. At these rates, she doesn't need high volume to make a shedload of cash.

Far as I can tell she's quite a niche provider, and I'm sure she's got regulars.
I quite enjoyed seeing her in the past. I thought 350 was too much given I'm quite vanilla.  At 400 she's too much for me.

You're right there is definitely better value for money out there, but she was still a good experience, she really worked for that 400 quid!
