I've no recent experience, but ten years ago that was a shithole. Of the two VIP sites it was the only one regularly open. Their facebook page hasn't been updated since covid, but implies the other site - VIP reflexions on Albert Rd - has still not reopened since lockdown.
The site you're asking about, VIP Studio2 was awful.
Dodgy threadbare carpet going up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was a heavy steel security door than belonged in a prison. Cameras in the rooms with the pimp/security guard watching the action via CCTV. No heating, the rooms were so cold the girls wore multiple pairs of stockings and wouldn't remove them. On an odd occasion where one girl did you could see layers of unwashed grime peeling off her legs. It was fucking awful. It's not exactly in a safe part of town either
